Fastel Adhesive Products offers a wide range of substrate products coated 1 or 2 sides (100% surface or masked) with our High Performance Adhesives. All of our substrate coated products are available in rolls, sheets or die cut per your outline. Combining various substrate and adhesive types into one finished product allows us to meet a wide range of electronics, automotive, alternative energy, industrial and medical device application requirements.

Aluminum Foil - Ranging from 0.0005"(0.013mm) to 0.010" (0.25mm) Thick. All Types and Tempers

Adhesive/Substrate evaluation is always critical when designing in a new material or developing a new product. Sheet samples or Fastel Coated Substrates are available for preliminary review and testing to determine the optimal adhesive and substrate type, thickness, setup and heating method within the scope of your application requirements.

Want to Test Samples First Per Your Required Outline?
Our razor plotter sampling machine allows us to provide our customers Fastel Adhesive Coated Substrates already cut to their required outline for testing. Plotter formed samples provide our customers the ability to test not only the adhesive, but their required outline as well without incurring the expensive of production tooling. The ability to plotter cut samples is dependent on the required customer die cut outline needed.
